Alpha has grown from an entrepreneurial stage in the 90’s to a steadfast organisation today owing to its foundational strength – a united team. Forged by the thinking of the leadership and team equally we have pursued our quest of equal opportunity in building this organisation. We believe each individual has unique skills and strategies which they can contribute to the team if provided with a supportive environment. This approach helps create a synergistic team that consciously takes effort to tackle any challenge Alpha encounters
